As a Teaching Assistant, you will: - Support and deliver learning under the guidance of teaching staff and senior leaders. - Work closely with teachers in the classroom to ensure SEN students have full access to learning. - Lead 1:1 intervention sessions where appropriate and provide tailored support across all key stages. - Promote inclusion, independence, and positive relationships with students. - Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and relational management. - Follow a trauma-informed approach to nurture student wellbeing and progress. - Take a trauma-aware, relational approach to all interactions and communication with colleagues and the school community - Support therapeutic swimming This role is ideal for someone who is caring, adaptable, and committed to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
