YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE: - To work with and supervise individuals and groups of students under the direction/instruction of teaching and/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, supporting target setting for students and enabling access to learning for all students. - Assisting in managing students’ sometimes significant and challenging behavior through the use of a range of strategies and techniques.
