About the role
St Ethelbert's RC Primary School is currently seeking a Level 1 Teaching Assistant to work on Thursday's and Friday's in our Year 1 class. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
St Ethelbert's is a one-form entry school, in the parish of Christ the Redeemer in Deane, Bolton. The school has a nursery, which admits pupils from the age of 3. We are located in an extremely diverse area of Bolton; our school currently has 27 languages, which adds to the richness of our special community. We are proud of our Catholic ethos, which permeates everything we do.
We are seeking an individual who:
- Is kind, patient and enthusiastic, who genuinely enjoys working with children and supporting their development.
- Is reliable, approachable and able to follow instructions, whilst also using their own initiative when appropriate.
