About the role
The successful candidate will ideally have recent experience teaching in a secondary school, strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology and/or Art and Design, and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. A Food and Nutrition specialism is desirable, along with a commitment to high-quality teaching, inclusion, safeguarding and student wellbeing. Applicants should be effective team players, able to build positive relationships, contribute to school life, and work flexibly across both Westwood College and Leek High School.
Benefits
For the right candidate, a temporary £1,500 TLR for one year is available to lead and develop Initial Teacher Training and ECT provision across Westwood College and Leek High School.
