Our ideal candidate will have a passionate and uncompromising commitment to pupil achievement and be a believer in the potential of all young people. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Deputy Principal (Standards & Progress) and in close partnership with other S&P Leads. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and appropriately experienced colleague to step up and take on a significant middle leadership position. The post is full time, but we would be open to a conversation with a suitable colleague whose desire is for 0.8 In particular, this role will involve: - Quality assurance of faculty data e.g. PPE, progress check student data - Supporting colleagues with data input and analysis - Implementation, review and monitoring of the assessment policy across the faculty - Collaboration with the Curriculum Leader and the Teaching and Learning Lead for a triangulated approach to raising standards - Monitoring and tracking of student progress over time - Planning, organisation and implementation of relevant intervention strategies - To support the Curriculum Leader to ensure student outcomes reflect their full potential Our Walk & Talk invitation to you: We warmly welcome potential candidates to come on what we refer to as a ‘Walk and Talk’.
