School Cleaner (Casual Relief)

As a relief cleaner, you will be called upon to work on an "as-and-when-needed" basis to cover staff absences, holidays, or extra busy periods. This is a highly flexible role perfect for someone looking for occasional work. What You’ll Be Doing Working as part of a friendly team, you will keep classrooms, offices and washrooms fresh and tidy. - Carrying out everyday cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and emptying bins. - Sanitising washrooms and keeping hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels) fully stocked. - Using cleaning equipment and products safely (we will teach you all the Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines). - Carrying out occasional deep cleans during school holiday periods. - Helping lock or unlock the site and keeping the school premises secure. What We Are Looking For: - A reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in a job well done. - Someone comfortable doing physical work (lifting, carrying and active movement). - A great team player who can also work well independently and follow instructions. - Someone committed to creating a safe environment for pupils and staff. - Someone who requires flexible hours and is happy to be called upon for relief shift work as and when required.
