As a Primary Teacher at our satellite provision based at Avondale Park Primary School, you will play a vital role in helping learners overcome barriers to their education and reach their full potential. You will provide tailored support within the classroom and beyond, working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and approaches to meet the diverse needs of our students. By building positive relationships and offering guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies, you will help learners develop confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to engage fully with their education and prepare for future opportunities. About the Academy Located in North Kensington, our satellite provision at Avondale Park Primary provides a caring environment based on integrity, mutual respect, and understanding. It seeks to reignite passion in education and aspiration. Each learner is treated as an individual and is supported to develop within an environment that develops a love of learning and the ability to create social and emotional skills fit for the world outside of education. We are a small provision of Primary learners. Our learners are at risk of or have been excluded from mainstream settings. We believe that success for our young people comes because of our specialist approach; we are interested in activities that develop all young people’s capabilities; their potential for employability; their ability to have successful healthy relationships and their ability to make safe life choices, enhancing their quality of life and the realisation of their aspirations. We work closely with professionals, families, and other practitioners to affect change in our young people’s lives, ensuring our work is holistic and therefore creates success by any means for all our children.
