Primary Assistant Headteacher - SENDCo and Inclusion

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo & Inclusion Lead) who is relentless in their commitment to ensuring every child, regardless of need or background, is supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for an individual with the vision, expertise and determination to drive inclusive practice and raise outcomes for pupils with SEND and additional needs across the school. You will combine strategic leadership with a strong track record of impactful teaching, ensuring consistently high-quality provision that enables all pupils to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.

- Access continuous staff development. We have a minimum of 10 training days and weekly in school sessions of a high standard. We strongly support NPQML, NPQSL and Lead Practitioner course. - Our successful behaviour policies treat student behaviour not as the responsibility of individual teachers, but of the entire school.
