Premises Assistant

🛠️ Join Our Team as a Flexible and Enthusiastic Premises Assistant! We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Premises Assistant to work alongside our experienced Site manager and help keep our school running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for maintenance, and like being part of a friendly, supportive team — this could be the perfect role for you! 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: - Assisting with maintenance, cleaning, health and safety, and security around the school - Helping with general site duties , including some manual handling (with equipment provided) - Tackling small decorating jobs and keeping our school looking its best - Acting as a key holder , which means occasional out-of-hours work (with pay) - Working closely with the premises team to ensure the site is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained 👷 ‍ ♂️ What We’re Looking For: - A flexible and enthusiastic approach to work - Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude - Previous experience in school facilities management is a bonus but not essential - Willingness to undertake manual handling tasks safely using the correct equipment 💫 Why Beaumont?
