About the role
- GCSE Maths & English (minimum)
- Experience working with younger people aged 11-16
- Experience supporting students with behaviour and/or attendance concerns
- Confidence liaising with parents, carers and external agencies
- Understanding of behaviour management approaches and how they are applied in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written communication and ICT skills
