OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: NJC Scale 3 points 5 to 6 (£25,583 to £25,989 per annum FTE - pay award pending). Actual salary £15,211.51 per annum on point
Contract: Permanent, 26 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08.30 to 15.30 with a 30 minute unpaid break. Term time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per yea

We are seeking a School Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role within our school office, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school and helping to ensure that every child, family and visitor receives a warm and professional experience.

The Role
As our School Administrator, you will:
- Be a welcoming and professional first point of contact for pupils, families, visitors and staff
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the school office
- Manage a range of administrative duties including records, correspondence and communications
- Provide excellent customer service to families and visitors
- Support attendance processes and maintain accurate school records
- Assist with school events, visits and wider administrative functions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to support pupils and families
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work
- Promote our values of Respect, Aspire and Grow through your daily interactions
