About the role
We are seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Midday Leaders to join our dedicated team at Halcyon Way School.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils during lunch with sensitivity and care
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
- Supervising indoor and outdoor play activities
- Assisting with personal care
- Being a friendly and consistent presence for our pupils
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a calm, patient and caring approach
- Enjoys working with children and young people with special educational needs
- Can work well as part of a team
- Is committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- Experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided
