The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning environment, delivering comprehensive educational instruction, and supporting the academic and social development of students. This position requires a professional who is committed to maintaining high educational standards, managing classroom dynamics effectively, and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and administration to promote student success. The Class Teacher will be responsible for planning and executing lesson plans that align with the school curriculum, assessing student performance, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Additionally, the successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for nurturing the potential of every student. Requirements - QTS - Proven experience as a Class Teacher or in a similar educational role. - Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional methodologies. - Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. - Ability to assess student performance and provide tailored instructional support. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff. - Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
