Head of History

About this Role We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, talented and passionate leader to become our next Head of History. You will provide inclusive support to ensure students have full access to the curriculum and help them foster a love for History, across Key Stages 3 to 5. As Head of History, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in teaching and learning, shaping curriculum innovation and securing outstanding outcomes for all students. We are seeking an experienced practitioner and leader who can bring vision, energy and commitment to inspire both staff and students. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the History curriculum - Monitor and improve student progress and achievement - Manage quality and standards within History - Promote an inclusive and positive learning culture This role reports to the Assistant Principal Staff Development ​ Our staff are important to us.
