You will bring: - Proven management and leadership experience in a primary setting. - Extensive experience in leading inclusion, SEND, and vulnerable pupil cohorts. - Strong operational skills to manage day-to-day school life - A proactive, reflective commitment to driving anti-discriminatory practice—continuously reflecting on your own practice, challenging bias, and ensuring our curriculum meaningfully reflects and celebrates the diverse world our children live in. - High expectations for all learners, with the drive to close achievement gaps. - Outstanding communication skills to engage our diverse families across two campuses.
