- Practising Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic faith and ethos of the school (reserved post).
- Proven experience of leading, managing and motivating staff to achieve high standards.
- Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong track record of improving teaching and learning.
- Experience of supporting school improvement and raising pupil outcomes.
- Strong understanding of Ofsted and Catholic Schools Inspectorate (CSI) frameworks.
- Ability to work strategically alongside the Headteacher to deliver a clear vision for school development.
- Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive and succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors and external partners.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Skilled in analysing performance data and using evidence to drive improvement.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.
- Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development.
