About the role
- Proven leadership experience, ideally within curriculum, vocational or apprenticeship provision, with the confidence to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong industry expertise in Construction or Building Services, with recent relevant experience and knowledge of current vocational and apprenticeship developments.
- A learner-first mindset, with a passion for outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes.
- Commercial and analytical thinking, with the ability to use data, manage resources and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and influence, with the resilience and problem-solving skills to make things happen in a busy environment.
- Relevant qualifications, including a Level 3 Construction/Building Services qualification and Level 5 teaching qualification, plus Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve).
