We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to provide specialist support to a student, helping them to thrive both academically and socially within a mainstream school environment. About you… You will be a caring, patient, and resilient individual who is committed to supporting young people to achieve their full potential. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an empathetic approach, and a genuine desire to promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. Experience in supporting children or young people with additional needs is desirable, and you will be comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility support, and therapeutic programmes whilst maintaining the highest standards of dignity, confidentiality, and safeguarding.
