About this Role We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to lead our Sixth Form at Haberdashers’ Knights Academy. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape a dynamic and growing Post-16 provision within a forward-thinking and values-driven Academy under the leadership of our new Principal. Our Sixth Form is central to our vision for excellence, offering a rich and inclusive experience that enables students to thrive academically, develop as confident young adults, and progress to aspirational destinations. We are looking for a leader who will: - Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Sixth Form - Contribute to whole-school leadership and improvement, - Lead, manage and develop Sixth Form staff - Oversee student achievement, safeguarding and personal development Reporting This role will report into the Vice Principal Staff Development ​ Our staff are important to us.
