Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and conscientious Administrative Assistant. Working as part of a busy office, you will provide admin support to the school, assisting in office operations and day to day enquiries via reception and on the telephone. We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and hardworking team who: - Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can communicate confidently and appropriately with staff, pupils, parents and visitors - Has experience of dealing with the public - Has experience of working in administration - Is flexible and organised - Has excellent ICT skills Visits to the school are recommended and warmly welcomed and can be arranged by contacting the School Business Manager, Emma Chambers on echambers@netherfieldprimaryschool.com.
